Smoked Mansaf Teriyaki
A unique fusion of Japanese and Middle Eastern flavors, featuring a smoky mansaf teriyaki sauce over a bed of steamed egg.

- β2 EggLarge eggs
- β2 tbsp Soy SauceLow-sodium
- β2 tbsp HoneyPure, raw
- β1 tbsp Rice VinegarUnseasoned
- β1-inch piece GingerFresh
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced

1. In a blender or food processor, puree the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil until smooth.

4. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.

7. To assemble, place a steamed egg on a plate, top with toasted mansaf, and drizzle with the warm teriyaki sauce.
