- β1 teaspoon Turkish red pepper flakes
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bulgur, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Turkish red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- 3
Mix well with your hands until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Use your hands to shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches (3.8 cm) in diameter. You should end up with around 20-25 meatballs.
- 5
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving a little space between each meatball to allow for even cooking.

Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned on the outside.
- 7
While the meatballs are baking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 8
Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and carefully place them in the hot skillet.
- 9
Cook the meatballs in the skillet for an additional 2-3 minutes on each side, until nicely browned and crispy.
