Ukrainian Chicken Stir Fry
A delicious and flavorful stir fry recipe from Ukraine, featuring chicken and a variety of vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β1 medium oniondiced
- β1 medium bell pepperdiced
- β2 medium carrotspeeled and grated
- β1 medium potatopeeled and diced
- β2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- β1 cup chicken broth
- β1 cup sour cream

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
