Vietnamese Fish Mi
A flavorful and refreshing Vietnamese dish featuring fish, mi, and a variety of vegetables, inspired by the Quang province.
Ingredients
- β4 fish fillets (300g)White fish such as tilapia or catfish
- β Mi noodles (200g)Rice noodles
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 small OnionChopped
- β1 tablespoon GingerGrated
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauceLow-sodium
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1 teaspoon Sugar
- β Fresh cilantroChopped

Cook mi noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened.

Add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add fish fillets and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Add fish sauce, soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Stir to combine.

Add cooked mi noodles to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Squeeze lime juice over the top and stir to combine.

Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
