Egyptian Flaky Pastry

Ingredients

- ●1/2 cup (softened) Butter
- ●1 cup Granulated Sugar
- ●1 tsp Rose Water
- ●1/2 tsp Ground Cardamom

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the flaky pastry to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Cut the pastry into 6 equal pieces.

In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, rose water, and ground cardamom.

Brush the sugar mixture evenly over each pastry piece.

Fold the pastry pieces in half and press the edges to seal.
