Smoked Bass with Irish Salad
A keto-friendly dish featuring smoky bass and a refreshing irish salad.
Ingredients
- β4 Smoked Bass Filletswild-caught
- β4 cups Mixed Greens
- β6 slices Crunchy Bacon
- β1/4 cup Diced Fresh Chives
- β1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
- β1/2 cup Red Onion
- β1 cup Keto Ranch Dressingmake or store-bought

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the smoked bass fillets on it.

Season the bass with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake the bass in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.

While the bass is baking, prepare the salad by combining the mixed greens, crunchy bacon, diced chives, cherry tomatoes, and red onion in a large bowl.
