Crispy Kalguksu Bites
A creative twist on traditional Korean noodles, turned into crispy bites.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Kalguksu noodles
- β1/2 cup Bread, cubed
- β2 tsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 Egg, beaten
- β1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- β1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- β1 tsp Sesame seeds

Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

In a bowl, mix together the noodles, bread, chili flakes, and soy sauce.

Beat in the egg until the mixture is well combined.

Add the Panko breadcrumbs and mix until the noodles are evenly coated.

Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the mixture into the hot oil.

Fry the bites until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

Drain the bites on paper towels and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Serve the crispy Kalguksu bites hot, garnished with additional sesame seeds if desired.
