Malaysian Tofu Bake
A flavorful and spicy Malaysian-inspired dish featuring baked tofu in a rich sauce. This recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 block firm tofupressed and drained
- β1 can coconut milkfull-fat
- β2 tablespoons curry pastemild
- β2 tablespoons soy saucelow-sodium
- β1 tablespoon honey
- β1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1-inch piece gingergrated
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle the tofu with a little bit of oil and toss to coat.

In a blender or food processor, combine coconut milk, curry paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Blend until smooth.

Pour the sauce over the tofu and toss to coat.
