Pan-Seared Irish Snapper

- ●2 cloves Roast GarlicMinced

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the snapper fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the snapper fillets and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
