Pork Pot Stickers
A classic Chinese dish filled with tender pork and wrapped in crispy pot sticker wrappers. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound ground pork
- β1 package innovative hot pot sticker wrappers
- β1/4 cup chopped scallions
- β2 tablespoons grated ginger
- β2 tablespoons soy sauceoptional
- β1 tablespoon sesame oiloptional
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped scallions and grated ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the ground pork and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes.

Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.

Lay out the pot sticker wrappers on a clean surface.

Place a tablespoon of the pork mixture in the center of each wrapper.

Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold the wrapper into a triangle, pressing the edges together to seal.

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Add the pot stickers and cook, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
