- β1 piece Spanish tortilla wraps (gluten-free)6-8 inches in diameter
- β2 tbsp Korean ssam sauce
- β1/2 cup Crispy kimchi
- β1/2 cup Pickled carrots and daikon
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
- βto taste Salt and pepper

Prepare the ssam sauce according to the package instructions.

Slice the avocado into thin strips.

Cut the tortilla wraps into 6-8 inch diameter pieces.

Assemble the ssam wrap by spreading the ssam sauce on the tortilla, then adding the avocado, kimchi, pickled carrots and daikon, and cilantro.
