Intense Irish Lamb Wrap
A flavorful and spicy lamb wrap inspired by Irish cuisine. The charred lamb is served in a crispy wrap with tangy slaw.

- ●4 Irish wrap
- ●1/2 cup Charred red onionsee notes
- ●4 cups Butter lettuce
- ●1/2 cup Cucumber
- ●1 cup Tzatziki saucestore-bought or homemade
- ●2 teaspoons Cuminground
- ●1 teaspoon Smoked paprika

Preheat the grill to 400°F (200°C).

Season the lamb with cumin, smoked paprika, and salt.

Grill the lamb for 5-6 minutes per side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Let the lamb rest for 10 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.

Meanwhile, grill the red onion for 2-3 minutes per side or until it's charred and tender.

Assemble the wraps by spreading tzatziki sauce on each wrap, followed by sliced lamb, charred red onion, lettuce, and cucumber.
