French Chocolate Crepe
A classic French dessert made with rich chocolate and wrapped in a delicate crepe.

- β1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- β2 cups milk
- β2 large eggs
- β1/2 cup granulated sugar
- β2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- β1 cup melting chocolate
- β1 bananasliced

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and sugar.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and cocoa powder.

3. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.

4. Heat a crepe pan or non-stick skillet over medium heat.

5. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and tilt to coat evenly.

6. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until edges start to curl.

7. Flip crepe and cook for an additional 30 seconds.

8. Repeat with remaining batter.

9. Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 10-second increments.
