Yuzu and Raclette Gratin
A unique and flavorful side dish that combines the richness of raclette with the brightness of yuzu. Perfect for accompanying roasted meats or as a vegetarian option.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, sliced Raclette cheese
- β2 tbsp Yuzu juice
- β2 large, thinly sliced Gratin potatoes
- β2 tbsp Unsalted butter
- β1 tsp, chopped Fresh thymeoptional
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β1/4 cup, chopped Fresh parsleyoptional

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes and yuzu juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the potatoes to absorb the flavor.

In a separate saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the sliced potatoes and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until they're lightly browned.

Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish and top with sliced raclette cheese.

Dot the top of the raclette with the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped thyme, if using.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley, if desired.
