Com Tam Sua Nuong
A popular Vietnamese street food dish made with grilled beef, crispy rice, and a variety of toppings.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Grass-fed beefthinly sliced
- β2 cups Com tam (crispy rice)
- β2 tablespoons Intense fish sauce
- β1 cup Fatty coconut water
- β1 cup Tam huufried crispy
- β1 bunch Scallionschopped
- β4 Lime wedges
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. Season the beef with salt and black pepper.

3. Grill the beef for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

4. Meanwhile, heat the coconut water in a saucepan over medium heat.

5. Add the fish sauce and bring to a simmer.

6. Stir in the chopped scallions.

7. To assemble the com tam, place a scoop of crispy rice on a plate, followed by a slice of grilled beef.

8. Spoon some of the fish sauce mixture over the beef, and top with a sprinkle of tam huu.
