French Keto Quiche
A rich and creamy quiche made with a buttery crust and a filling of eggs, cream, and cheese, perfect for a keto diet.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup Butter
- β1 1/2 cups Flourfor crust
- β1/2 cup Parmesan Cheesefor crust
- β8 large Eggs
- β1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
- β1 cup Shredded Cheesesuch as cheddar or mozzarella
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine the flour, Parmesan cheese, and salt. Add the cold butter and use a pastry blender or your fingers to work it into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch (23cm) tart pan with a removable bottom.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the egg mixture into the prepared tart crust.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
