Sloe Berry Pakora
A sweet and savory Indian-inspired dessert, featuring pakora-fried berries and sloe fruit.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Pakora mix
- β1/2 cup Vegetable oil
- β1/4 cup Ghee or vegetable oil
- β2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
- β1/4 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- β1/8 teaspoon Salt

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Mix the pakora mix with a little water to make a thick batter.

Dip each sloe berry into the batter, coating it evenly.

Fry the coated sloe berries in the hot oil until they are golden brown.

Drain the fried berries on paper towels.

Melt the ghee or heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over low heat.

Add the powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and salt to the melted ghee.
