Roasted Broccoli with Sprouting and Intense Sauce
A Japanese-inspired side dish featuring roasted broccoli, sprouting broccoli, and a savory sauce.

- β1 bunch sprouting broccoli
- β1 teaspoon roast broccoli
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor roasting
- β1/4 cup intense saucesee instructions for recipe
- β2 tablespoons soy saucefor intense sauce
- β1 tablespoon honeyfor intense sauce
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated for intense sauce
- β1 clove garlicminced for intense sauce

Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Toss broccoli with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes or until tender.

In a blender or food processor, combine intense sauce ingredients and blend until smooth.

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Add sprouting broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
