Spanish Gambas with Garlic
A simple and flavorful Spanish-inspired dish featuring succulent gambas, rich in garlic flavor.
Ingredients

- ●3 cloves Garlic (ajo)
- ●2 medium Potatoes
- ●2 tablespoons Intense olive oil (aceite al)
- ●1 Juicy lemon
- ●1 teaspoon Salt
- ●1/4 cup Fresh parsley

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the gambas and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and slightly charred.

Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

Squeeze the lemon juice over the top of the dish and sprinkle with salt.
