Polish Beef Stew
A hearty, gluten-free Polish-inspired beef stew made with tender beef, rich flavors, and comforting intensity.
Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds beefcut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 cups intense brothhomemade or store-bought
- β1 cup malty beergluten-free
- β2 tablespoons polish rye flouror gluten-free alternative
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 medium carrotspeeled and chopped
- β2 medium potatoespeeled and chopped

1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

2. Brown the beef cubes in batches, about 5 minutes per batch. Remove from pot and set aside.

3. Add the chopped onion to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

5. Add the chopped carrots and potatoes to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.

6. Add the browned beef, intense broth, malty beer, and polish rye flour to the pot.

8. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.
