Polish Cauliflower Bowl with Intense Sauce
A hearty cauliflower bowl dish with an intense polish sauce, a perfect blend of flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 head cauliflowerbroken into florets
- β1/2 pound polish sausagesliced
- β1 bowl
- β1 medium oniondiced
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- β1/2 teaspoon paprika
- β2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- β1/4 cup sour cream
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender.

In a large skillet, cook the sliced polish sausage over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the caraway seeds, paprika, and dijon mustard. Cook for 1 minute.

Stir in the sour cream and cook until the sauce is heated through.
