Spicy Khanom Sausage Wrap

Ingredients

- β2 cups, sliced Khanom
- β2 cups Southern biscuit dough
- β2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- β1 tsp Intense fish sauce
- β1 tsp Polish mustard
- β1/4 cup, chopped Resinous cilantro
- β1 cup Southern-style biscuit topping
- β1 cup Thai pickled carrots

Roll out southern biscuit dough to 1/4 inch thickness.

Cut into circles using a cookie cutter.
