Russian Lamb Kebabs
A flavorful and spicy kebab dish inspired by Russian cuisine, featuring tender lamb and a bold blend of spices.

- ●2 tablespoons intense hot saucesuch as Sriracha
- ●2 tablespoons olive oilfor brushing
- ●1 medium onionchopped
- ●3 cloves garlicminced
- ●2 tablespoons lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- ●1/4 cup chopped fresh parsleyoptional, for garnish

2. In a large bowl, whisk together hot sauce, olive oil, onion, garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and cumin.

3. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

4. Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the kebab skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

5. Brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking. Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the lamb reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
