Sardinian Lamb Gnocchi

Ingredients

- β1 pound Lamb Shoulderboneless, skinless
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 sprigs Fresh Rosemarychopped

- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β1 cup Parmesan Cheeseshaved

Season lamb shoulder with salt, black pepper, and chopped rosemary.
