Argentinian Cheese Casserole
A hearty, savory casserole from Argentina, rich in cheese and perfect for a cold evening.

- β250g Curd Cheese
- β1 loaf, cubed Savory Bread
- β1 large, diced Onion
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

3. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

5. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.

6. Add the cubed bread and cook until lightly toasted, about 2 minutes.

7. In a large bowl, combine the curd cheese, cooked bread mixture, and chopped parsley.
