Argentinian Sausage Skewers
Grilled Argentinian-style sausage skewers, perfect for a summer BBQ. This dish is inspired by the traditional street food of Argentina and is made with juicy sausages, bell peppers, onions, and a hint of smoky flavor.
Ingredients
- β500g Argentinian sausageslook for chorizo or morcilla for authentic flavor
- β2 Bell peppersany color, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- β1 Onionsthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Chimichurri saucehomemade or store-bought
- β2 tbsp Olive oilfor brushing skewers
- β Salt and pepperto taste
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped, for garnish

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Thread sausages, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Brush skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until sausages are cooked through and vegetables are tender.
