Spicy Squid Skewers Italian-Style
A fusion of Italian and Moroccan flavors, these spicy squid skewers are perfect for a summer evening.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Squidcut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor brushing skewers
- β4 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 teaspoons Moroccan spice blenddried
- β1 teaspoon Red pepper flakesoptional, for added heat

Thread squid pieces onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
