Russian Natto Pilaf
A unique and flavorful side dish that combines the rich flavors of Russian cuisine with the nutritious benefits of natto. This pilaf recipe is a great accompaniment to any meal.
Ingredients

- β2 cups Pilaf
- β2 cups Vegetable broth
- β1 cup Intense Russian sauerkraut
- β1/2 cup Velvety sour cream

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.

Add 1 cup of natto and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add 2 cups of pilaf and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add 2 cups of vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
