Southern Style Callaloo Wrap
A twist on a classic Southern dish, using callaloo as the main ingredient wrapped in a warm tortilla.

- β1 bunch, chopped Callaloo
- β1, filled with water for boiling 1 potUse a large pot for this recipe
- β1, for wrapping 1 Southern-style wrap
- β1/4 cup, shredded Intense cheese
- β1 tsp, for added flavor Yeasty yeast flakes
- β1/4 cup, chopped Thai basil
- β1, for serving 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Add the chopped callaloo to the pot and cook until tender.

Heat the Southern-style wrap in a pan or oven until warm and pliable.

Place the cooked callaloo onto the wrap, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle the intense cheese and yeasty yeast flakes over the callaloo.
