Brazilian Pilaf
A flavorful and aromatic Brazilian-inspired pilaf dish made with intensely buttery flavors.

- ●2 tablespoons Intensely buttery vegetable oil
- ●1 medium Onionchopped
- ●2 cloves Garlicminced
- ●2 tablespoons Tahini
- ●1 teaspoon Pilaf spice blend

Instructions

Heat intensely buttery vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.

Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add uncooked Brazilian rice and stir to coat with oil and mix with onion and garlic.

Add 2 cups of water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes.

Stir in tahini and pilaf spice blend during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
