Crispy Bihon Pancit Stir Fry
A classic Filipino stir-fry dish made with pancit bihon noodles, vegetables, and your choice of protein. This recipe is a quick and easy take on the traditional dish.
Ingredients
- β1 package Pancit Bihon Noodles
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1 medium, sliced Onion
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 cup, sliced Snow Peas
- β1 medium, peeled and grated Carrots
- β2 tablespoons Fromage Blanc
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the sliced snow peas and grated carrots, and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the pancit bihon noodles to the skillet or wok, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are heated through.

Add the fromage blanc, salt, and pepper to the skillet or wok, and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the fromage blanc is melted and the noodles are well coated.
