Jamaican Runner Beans with Fried Rice

- β2 tbsp coconut oilfor frying
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β2 scotch bonnet pepperschopped, seeds removed
- β1 tsp allspiceground
- β1 tsp thymedried
- β1 tsp saltto taste
- β200g fried ricecooked

Instructions

Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
