Slovakian Millet Gratin

- β1 cup, grated Gratin
- β2 tablespoons Butter
- β1 medium, diced Onion
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Paprika
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Pepper

In a medium saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
