Slovakian Sausage and Potato Casserole

- β2 large Potatoes
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Caraway Seeds
- β1 teaspoon Paprika
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Slice the onion and mince the garlic.

Cook the Slovakian Sausages in a pan over medium heat, breaking them up with a spoon as they cook.

Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook until the onion is translucent.
