Duck Wrap with Intensely Energizing Sauce
A Canadian twist on the classic wrap, featuring crispy duck and a tangy, intensely energizing sauce.
Ingredients

- β1 WrapWhole wheat or gluten-free

- β1 cup Mixed greensLettuce, spinach, arugula
- β1/4 cup Red onionSliced
- β1/4 cup Bell pepperSliced
- β1/4 cup Feta cheeseCrumbed
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantroChopped

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Season the duck breast with salt and pepper.

Grill the duck breast for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F (74Β°C).

Let the duck rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.

In a small bowl, mix together the intensely energizing sauce ingredients (see below).

Lay the wrap flat and spread a tablespoon of the intensely energizing sauce down the center.
