Energizing Chinese Dough Naan
A quick and easy recipe for a delicious and energizing Chinese-style naan dough.
Ingredients
- β1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) Intensely energizing yeastActive dry yeast
- β2 cups Dough flourGluten-free all-purpose flour

- β1 tablespoon Energizing sugarOrganic cane sugar
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder

In a large mixing bowl, combine yeast and warm water.

Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until yeast is activated.

Add dough flour, sugar, salt, and five-spice powder to the bowl.
