Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs Pork shoulderCut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tbsp Intensely energizing gochujangAdjust to taste
- β1 tsp Energizing gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)Adjust to taste
- β1 tsp Korean chili paste
- β2 tbsp Anju sauce
- β2 cups Water
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
- β1/4 cup Green onionsChopped for garnish

Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add gochujang, gochugaru, and chili paste; cook for 1 minute.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, covered, for 45 minutes.
