Russian Casserole with Intensely Fermented Flavor

- β1 cup Intensely Fermented Sauerkraut
- β2 cups Flour
- β1/4 cup Butter
- β1 cup Milk
- β1 Egg
- βto taste Salt and Pepper
- β1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Dilloptional

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook Russian sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

In a separate pot, combine sauerkraut and enough water to cover it. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, butter, milk, egg, salt, and pepper.

Add cooked sausage and sauerkraut to the mixing bowl and stir until well combined.

Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
