Pan-Seared Irish Lamb Chops

Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons flavored olive oilsuch as truffle or garlic oil
- ●2 sprigs intensely flavored thymefresh or dried
- ●2 cloves garlicminced

- ●to taste pepperpreferably freshly ground
- ●2 lemon wedgesfor serving
