Korean Shrimp Bowl
A flavorful and spicy Korean-inspired shrimp bowl with a sweet and sour sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Shrimp
- β2 tablespoons Intensely flavorful gochujang
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- β1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- β1 teaspoon, grated Ginger
- β1 clove, minced Garlic
- β1/4 cup, thinly sliced Green onions
- β1 teaspoon Toasted sesame oil
- β1 cup Cooked white rice

1. Cook the white rice according to package instructions.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.

3. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat with the sauce.

4. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

5. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

6. Serve the shrimp over the cooked white rice, topped with green onions.
