Pan-Seared Gyoza with Tofu Dipping Sauce
Crunchy pan-seared Japanese gyoza served with a creamy tofu dipping sauce. This dish is a delicious twist on traditional Asian cuisine.
Ingredients

- β1 block firm tofuDrained and crumbled
- β2 tablespoons intensely flavored soy sauceOptional

Add the gyoza, leaving some space between each piece.

Pan-fry the gyoza until crispy and golden brown on the bottom (about 2-3 minutes).

Flip the gyoza and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Remove the gyoza from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

To make the tofu dipping sauce, combine the crumbled tofu, soy sauce, gochujang (if using), and grated ginger (if using) in a bowl.
