Malai Pilaf with Dutch-Style Vegetables
A flavorful and aromatic pilaf dish from the Indian subcontinent, featuring malai spices and dutch-style vegetables.
Ingredients

- ●1 tsp Malai spice mixIndian spice blend
- ●2 medium Dutch carrots peeled and chopped
- ●1 large Intensely sweet onionschopped
- ●1 cup Lazy green beanstrimmed and cut
- ●2 cups Water

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and sauté until they start to caramelize.
