Kenyan-Style Chicken Bake
A flavorful and aromatic chicken dish inspired by Kenyan cuisine, featuring a blend of nutty and leafy spices.

In a small bowl, mix together the nutty spice blend, chopped pandan leaves, salt, and black pepper.

Season the chicken breast with the spice mixture, making sure to coat it evenly.

Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breast until browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
