Coconut Nam Prik Toast
A Southern twist on traditional Thai chili sauce served atop crispy toast.

Ingredients
- β4-5 Thai chili pepperssuch as prik kee noo
- β1/2 cup coconut milkfull-fat for creaminess
- β1/4 cup intensely roasted peanutschopped
- β2 tbsp toasted coconut flakesunsweetened
- β2 tbsp nam prik paste
- β2 tbsp lime juice
- β1 tsp brown sugar
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β4-6 slices sliced toastpreferably baguette or ciabatta

1. Toast bread slices until crispy.

2. In a blender or food processor, combine Thai chili peppers, coconut milk, peanuts, coconut flakes, nam prik paste, lime juice, brown sugar, and garlic.
