Brazilian Chicken Fritters
Crispy fried chicken fritters with a rich Brazilian twist, perfect for a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- β1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breastcut into small pieces
- β1 cup all-purpose flourfor dusting
- β2 large eggsbeaten
- β1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheesefor added flavor
- β1/2 cup minced onionfor added flavor
- β2 cloves minced garlicfor added flavor
- β1 cup panko breadcrumbsfor crispy coating
- β1 cup vegetable oilfor frying

In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces, flour, eggs, Parmesan cheese, onion, and garlic. Mix well.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Remove the chicken mixture from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into small patties.
