Intense Dark Chocolate Brownies

- β1 cup (200g) sugar

- β1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- β1/2 cup (60g) all-purpose flour

Melt the chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval.
