Classic British Roast Lamb
A traditional British-style roast lamb dish, perfect for special occasions.

- ●2 tbsp Olive Oil
- ●3 cloves Roasted Garlic
- ●2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
- ●to taste Salt

- ●4-6 Roasted Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

Season the lamb leg with salt and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe pan over high heat.

Sear the lamb leg on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the lamb leg to the preheated oven and roast for 20 minutes.

Reduce the oven temperature to 180°C (350°F) and continue roasting for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the lamb reaches your desired level of doneness.

While the lamb is roasting, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove the lamb and potatoes from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
