Thai-Style Roasted Chicken Curry
A flavorful and spicy curry made with roasted chicken, intense flavors, and a hint of malaysian spices.

- ●1 can coconut milk

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

In a blender or food processor, combine the curry paste, coconut milk, and 2 tablespoons of water. Blend until smooth.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.
