Canadian Peanut Butter Cookies
A delicious Canadian twist on a classic peanut butter cookie, with a perfect balance of salty and sweet.
Ingredients
- β1 cup peanut buttercreamy or crunchy, whichever you prefer
- β1/2 cup salty brittlecrushed into small pieces
- β2 cups all-purpose flourgluten-free flour can be substituted
- β1 cup granulated sugar
- β1/2 cup brown sugar
- β2 eggs
- β1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter and sugars until smooth.

Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
