Salty Ukrainian Pork Skillet
A hearty and flavorful Ukrainian-inspired dish made with pork, onions, and spices, cooked to perfection in a skillet. This recipe is perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shoulderCut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 large OnionSliced into 1/2-inch thick rings
- β1/2 pound Salty Ukrainian sausageSliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
- β2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- β1 teaspoon Paprika
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove pork from skillet and set aside.

Add sliced onion to skillet and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
